Flexible Scheduling Options – Membership provides the ultimate scheduling flexibility, allowing you to customize your training days, times, and class selections to fit your needs. All speed*, strength, and performance classes are offered at the same cost. You can adjust your schedule as needed—it’s all in your control!
MWA offers flexible training programs designed to provide options for both month-to-month and discounted training packages (3-6 month commitments), allowing you to maximize savings and benefits. MWA training packages include free access to cold plunge and Normatec recovery systems.
• GRIND (Month-to-Month): This standard membership automatically renews at the beginning of each month, providing flexibility.
• SHINE (3 Month Program): Save an average of 15% off standard rates.
• EAT (6 Month Package): Our most committed membership, offering a 25% discount off the standard rate.
• YOUTH (Month-to Month): For members ages 8-11. Performance classes are offered on Tuesdays and Thursday at 5:00 and 7:00 pm.
Semi-Private/Private Training:
PRO OFF-SEASON TRAINING: Train like a Pro, with the Pros! Enjoy unlimited morning sessions with our senior performance trainers during your off-season (M-T). COLLEGE ATHLETES: Monthly and weekly training programs are available for our college students who are ready to take their training to the next level.
